1. Order the meal plan
Fill in your contact details in the form. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with information on how to proceed and a questionnaire focusing on your current eating and exercise habits, your daily structure, food preferences, any health restrictions and more.
2. Fill out a questionnaire
Please complete the questionnaire in as much detail as possible. The more precise the information you provide, the more accurate the results will be.

3. Obtain the meal plan
After completing the questionnaire and making the payment, a meal plan with an outline menu will be created for you.
You will receive it within a maximum of 14 days after payment has been credited to your account. You can also look forward to recommendations for specific foods and basic nutritional information.
4. Free consultation available
The price also includes 1 free consultation (60 minutes), which you can use within 30 days after receiving the menu.
Your progress can be discussed and recommendations for further action can be made, and adjustments can be made to your diet (e.g. adding foods you are missing).
